How do I track my order?

Tracking is automatically sent to your email address once the item is shipped.

If you have an account with eFizzle, you can log into our account to track your order or check your order status at any time.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $50 within Canada & the US

Domestic orders over $50.00 receive free shipping.

Standard Mail (4-8 Business Days) costs $5.00 USD.

Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days) costs $10.00 USD.

Rush Shipping (2-3 Business Days) costs $30.00 USD.

International Shipping (9-21 Business Days) costs $33.00 USD.

Do you ship international?

Yes, eFizzle ships internationally. Please note: International shipping costs range from $15.00 to $33.00 USD.

What is Route shipping insurance? Do I have to purchase it?

Route Package Protection is a low-cost insurance method that gives you, our customers, piece of mind after checking out. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Route allows you to easily file and claim and ensures you receive satisfaction guaranteed.

No, you do not have to purchase Route Package Protection but it is highly recommended.

Please note: eFizzle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items purchased without Route Package Protection.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Standard Mail |4-8 Business Days

Priority Mail | 3-5 Business Days

Rush Shipping | 2-3 Business Days

International Shipping | 9-2 Business Days

Exchanges & Returns

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Yes we offer Hassle-free 30-day returns policy for all orders. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact info@efizzle.com to start a return. Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return in the email.

How do I return a damaged product?

If your product has arrived damaged, please contact info@efizzle.com. Please include your name, order number, and details about the damage. 

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the damaged product, we will process your return and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Checkout & Account Information

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, email info@efizzle.com. Include your name and order number in the email.

If your order has already shipped, you must start a return once the package has been delivered.

How do I apply a discount code?

We have major sales often! To use a discount code on your order proceed to the checkout page. Enter your discount code in the field marked "Discount Code" and click apply.

What forms of payment are accepted?

eFizzle accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal and Shop.

Please Note: You are only eligible for Shop if your order is over $50.00 USD. Shop is a payment method split into 4 payments. You are subject to a credit check in order to qualify for Shop Payments.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

If you no longer want to receive email promotions from us, you can simply open an email from eFizzle and scroll down to the bottom. Click "Unsubscribe" which will alert you that you have chosen to opt out of email messages from eFizzle.

Please Note: If you choose to unsubscribe, we must still send you order confirmation emails to track your purchases.
